You start your morning on a professional indoor turf surrounded by driven athletes and a supportive team. You lead adult strength sessions then shift to a focused 1-on-1 with a college-bound athlete. Later you energize a youth class coach movement and celebrate progress. By days end youve built confidence improved performance and grown your communityall under one roof.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is 45-60k with additional variable-based bonus compensation structure in addition to salary.
