Assistant Director of Facilities and Construction

Position Title : Assistant Director of Facilities and Construction.

Work Arrangement : On-site.

Location : Miami Gardens, FL.

Duration : Temporary role with potential for full-time conversion.

Employment Type : Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent).

Pay rate : $48.00 - $55.00.

Who we are looking for / Requirements :

Required Skills / Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in facilities management or project management (e.g., PMP, FMP) is a plus.
