Northwest Human Services is seeking an experienced health care medical professional to provide expert primary care to patients in specialty area at our busy Joint Commission accredited, Federally Qualified Health Center at our Total Health Community Clinic in Monmouth, Oregon.

Essential Duties Major responsibilities : Provides primary care services to individuals and families in the community. Examines, diagnoses, and treats medical problems. Prepares appropriate treatment plans and provides follow-up and treatment as needed while adhering to clinic policy and procedures. Duties include outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. Must apply for privileges with the Medical Staff Office at Salem Hospital.

Qualifications include board certified or board eligible for certification in family medicine, completion of ACGME accredited three year residency program in family medicine and eligible for an Oregon medical license, DEA, & CPR.

Bi-lingual English / Spanish a plus but not required. We currently have full-time positions available at our community health clinic in Monmouth for Oregon licensed Family Practice Physicians.
