Responsibilities

  • Visit client facilities to proficiently install, troubleshoot, repair, and sustain top?tier machine tool equipment and controls.
  • Utilize a variety of resources including manuals and technical documents, teamed with internal and vendor consultants to resolve machine issues efficiently.
  • Execute and manage detailed documentation of installation status, machine issues, and ongoing repairs, both for internal tracking and client assurance.
  • Advance preventive maintenance efforts, coupled with delivering comprehensive technical support and training post?purchase.
  • Command a deep understanding of the machine tool industry and the diverse range of products that the organization champions.
  • Engage in additional duties that reflect the logical scope and nature of this position.

Essential Qualifications

  • Have at least five years of experience in CNC repair duties.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and essential business software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Proven technical expertise and aptitude for communication and presentation roles.
  • Adaptable to the role's physical demands such as regional travel and flexible scheduling.

  • Must be highly mobile, able to access all areas of the premises.
  • Ability to concentrate and remain focused while prioritizing multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects.
