Position Overview As our CEO, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial stewardship to ensure sustainable growth, innovation, and market leadership. It is your responsibility to drive the company’s vision, culture, and growth initiatives, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.As our CEO, you will work hand in hand with the company owners to orchestrate the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision by managing process optimization, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. It is your responsibility to drive efficiencies and achieve business goals in all departments including Operations, Sales, Safety & Accounting. Your direct reports will include our VP of Sales, Controller, Operations Manager and Service Manager.This position is a top decision maker and influencer in our company. We will give you the tools and resources you need and the authority to set and accomplish the strategic goals and objectives of the company. We will look to this person to generate ideas and bring innovative technologies and processes to our company to help us stay on the forefront of industry trends.  Key Areas of Responsibility Strategic Leadership
