Shift : Days 5x8, 08 : 00-16 : 30

Ratios : 5-20 visits / day average

Points per day / week : How are points broken down? “We use a daily point system 5.2 is our productivity. This could be 5 labs / lines, 1 start of care oasis 2 labs / lines, each different visit is waited for what they are doing.”

Years of experience REQ : 1 year

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes

Weekend REQ : Every 4th weekend. When they are scheduled for a weekend, they get 2 days off around that weekend (i.e. Thursday and Monday).

Certs REQ : BLS

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? Y There is an on-call requirement – usually 3-5 nights per month depending on the schedule that month. They will never be scheduled to take call on a night that they were not scheduled to work during the day. (i.e. they are not going to have Wednesday off work, but then scheduled for on-call that night – we don’t do that to staff).
