Family Medicine Physician – Santa Rosa, Petaluma & Sebastopol, CA

Providence is seeking Family Medicine Physicians to join our Primary Care team in Sonoma County. Join a highly supported team where each physician is paired with a dedicated medical assistant. The Value of Working with Us

• Optimal requirement of 1 year of experience beyond residency training
• Must be Board Certified
• Outpatient care only
• Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3 weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year

• Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
