A company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to provide administrative and people-operations support.
Key Responsibilities :
Support daily People & Culture operations, including maintaining employee records and performing data entry tasks
Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Organize and manage digital files and run standard reports to support team planning and compliance
Qualifications :
Minimum of an associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1-3 years of HR experience
HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience using HRIS systems like UKG Pro and familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite
