E-Commerce Specialist

Job Summary The E-Commerce Specialist will oversee product listings, digital merchandising, and online sales strategy across BaRupOn's web platforms. This role involves maintaining product data, improving user experience, supporting fulfillment processes, and analyzing performance across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and B2B channels. Key Responsibilities Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all online storefronts Optimize site navigation, search, and product categorization for improved conversion Coordinate with design and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals and promotional assets Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment status, and return logistics Support marketplace expansion (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba) Track analytics (traffic, sales, cart behavior) and recommend optimization strategies Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for pharmacy and healthcare-related product listings Identify trends and implement SEO, cross-selling, and upselling strategies Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital merchandising Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms Strong attention to detail and product data accuracy Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and digital marketing tools Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience working in a healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated e-commerce environment Knowledge of FDA / FTC guidelines for healthcare product listings Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Shopify analytics Basic design or photography skills for product page content Bilingual preferred (e.g., English / Spanish or English / Tagalog) Benefits Competitive base salary and bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Career advancement within digital commerce and marketing teams
