    What You’ll Do

    As a Crunch Personal Trainer, you’ll be a movement expert, motivator, and transformation coach. You’ll design personalized workouts, teach proper technique, and inspire clients to push past their limits. You’ll also lead CrunchOne Kickoffs to introduce members to the power of personal training.

  • Create customized fitness programs (resistance, cardio, nutrition guidance)
  • Educate and motivate clients to reach goals safely and effectively
  • Drive PT revenue through sessions, product recommendations, and engagement
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets
  • Represent Crunch’s mission : serious fitness, serious fun

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Kinesiology or related field, AND Personal Training Certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • 3+ years personal training experience
  • Preferred : 3+ years sales experience
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and demonstrate fitness techniques
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Bonus : bilingual Spanish speaker
