Description :
The Voc / Ed Specialist works under the direction of the Director of TIL Services. This position will successfully engage and retain young people referred by the Department of Youth Services (DYS). Through assessments and consultation, the Voc / Ed Specialist will work with the young person to develop and implement a career plan. Evaluation of progress toward goals in the career plan as well as discharge planning and implementation are expected. This position will build connections between LUK and key partners and work with young people to achieve their goals while adhering to LUK’s core values.
The Voc / Ed Specialist will have familiarity with employment resources in the region and will provide on-site job coaching and supervision as indicated. Full time position (40 hrs. per week) with benefits.

Salary Range and Benefits :
Pay Range : 11. Salary Range : $45,000 – $57,000. Salary ranges within each pay grade are based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
