Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and implement effective treatment programs to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities in patients. This role also involves supervising support staff, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and actively contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.
