NPI is adding a Field Service Technician to their Lifecycle Services team responsible for total equipment lifecycle management services that optimize the performance of OEM equipment. As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for services that include installation start-up / commissioning preventive maintenance emergency repairs audits and training.

Lifecycle Services Technicians perform planned services troubleshoot issues make repairs recommend spare parts and provide upgrades / modernization.

This position maintains diagnoses repairs services and upkeeps conveyor driven automated sorting systems for parcels. This position requires experience with both mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance repairs upgrades and strong customer service working on customers material handling equipment experience may include previously working on industrial equipment or similar conveyor driven systems within material handling or e-commerce. NPI is a well-established company with an amazing team of talented technicians under our Lifecycles Services group.
