The Company is in search of a Vice President to spearhead its specialty lending team. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full spectrum of credit investments within the digital asset ecosystem, including origination, underwriting, and management. This pivotal role demands a professional with a robust background in private credit or special situations investing, capable of independently driving the investment lifecycle from start to finish. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include sourcing and executing private credit and special situation lending opportunities, leading the underwriting and structuring of bespoke financing transactions, and conducting in-depth due diligence and financial modeling. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance and contribute to the evolution of the company's investment strategies. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in private debt, special situations, or distressed credit investing, with a preference for those with a buy-side background. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing middle-market credit transactions, including workouts and restructurings, and possess strong credit underwriting and financial modeling skills, particularly in the context of technology and digital asset businesses. A high degree of intellectual curiosity, commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate emerging markets are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or CFA being a plus.
