Summary :

Administers selected respiratory care therapies and services after satisfactory completion of specific competencies for the therapies, verified in writing by an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Program and after completion of a hospital and department specific orientation. NOTE : Performs only those responsibilities identified in department policy (Levels and Procedure Responsibilities of Personnel)

Minimum Education

• Student in good standing in an AMA approved Respiratory Therapist Program.
