Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the  Environmental  team, of the  Energy Services Sector , based in  Houston, Florida, or Remotely .

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Manage environmental permitting, regulatory strategy development, environmental field surveys, and construction compliance for a variety of energy-related projects, including, but not limited to, regulated and non-regulated pipeline projects, tank terminals, and downstream facilities.
• Develop, prepare and maintain environmental policy and procedures manuals for compliance assurance throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Manage and prepare applications for the permitting of projects including those associated with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), . Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), . Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), . Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), state agencies including State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), and county and local agencies.
• Manage firms conducting wetland delineations, TE habitat characterization, environmental and cultural resources surveys, land use mapping and vegetation cover classification, GPS data collection, permitting and report preparations with USACE, United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and state and county agencies.
• Prepare and ensure overall performance and accuracy of documents for environmental services in accordance with National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines as applicable.
• Prepare documentation and biological assessments for Section 7 ESA consultation requirements.
• Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates for existing and new client contracts.
