Program Assistant Behavioral Health Integration (Full-Time Onsite)

Location : Orange County CA

Department : Behavioral Health Integration

Schedule : Monday Friday 7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 30 p.m.

Pay Range : $23.92 $33.49 / hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

materials handling correspondence routing documents and conducting data entry. The Program Assistant will also assist with departmental projects data collection and report preparation while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including scheduling document routing meeting preparation and correspondence.

Conduct data entry and assist with collecting tracking and reporting departmental data.

Support staff and leadership by preparing reports presentations and project updates.

Maintain accurate and confidential files in compliance with organizational policies.

Assist with ongoing and special projects across the Behavioral Health Integration department.

Collaborate with other administrative staff to coordinate departmental workflows.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of administrative support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

Strong communication organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associates degree in health care public health behavioral health or related field.

Previous experience in a health care environment.

Knowledge of Microsoft Project Access Publisher Visio or Adobe Acrobat.
