Century Group is partnering with an AP Manager / Supervisor to join their Calabasas office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
Responsibilities :
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Process check & ACH payment runs for agent commissions & expenses, employee expenses and vendor payments on a weekly basis
- Assist in month-end closing tasks including marketing allowance, rent, and other payments
- Respond to all vendor inquiries via regular mail, email and phone
- Perform other ad-hoc duties to support Accounting department as well as regional offices
Requirements :
3-4 years of experience in Corporate APHigh school diploma required, college coursework in Accounting preferredProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Office Suite in generalAbility to type 45-55 wpm, 10-key by touchAbility to learn new tasks quickly via company resources and individual training & researchAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy & timelinessExperience with Concur Invoice & Expense as well as SAP (or similar software) a plusREF48088
