A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the talent strategy and align HR initiatives with business goals
Identify and address capability gaps, implement succession plans, and enhance employee performance
Consult on change management strategies and lead organizational design efforts
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of related HR experience, preferably in global or multi-country operations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
Experience in talent, performance, and organizational development
Strong strategic problem-solving and commercial judgment skills
Demonstrated experience in scaling support across large organizations
