Your Impact

Provide comprehensive, overnight nursing care including trach and vent management

Monitor, assess, and respond to clients' health needs throughout the night

Accurately document care and communicate updates to the Director of Nursing

Support client comfort, safety, and well-being in their home environment

Foster trusting, compassionate relationships with clients and families

What You'll Need

Active RN license (BSN preferred)

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (home health or critical care preferred)

Proven experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care required

Wound care certification is a plus

Current CPR certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Physical ability to assist clients safely (up to 50 lbs)
