Key Responsibilities
Anticipate business problems and analytical solutions, translating business needs into data requirements
Guide others in executing analyses and making actionable recommendations while evaluating assumptions about data
Synthesize analyses to develop presentations that inform business decisions and ensure accurate communication of information
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in data analysis, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Data, and / or Compensation data analytics
