job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConfigure and customize the platform to meet the banks business needs including workflows dashboards reports and user roles. Perform regular system updates patches and backups. Participate in discovery meetings to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Data Management and Integrity Enforce data governance policies including de-duplication and data cleansing. Manage data imports and exports as needed for reporting and integrations. Integration and Automation Design and implement automation workflows to streamline processes like lead tracking customer onboarding and service requests. Analytics and Reporting Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from core systems and data warehouses. Document reporting logic and assumptions for audit and repeatability. Compliance and Risk Management Collaborate with compliance and IT teams to conduct regular audits and risk assessments. Implement access controls and monitor for unauthorized activity. Bachelors degree in information systems finance statistics or related field. 13 years of experience in a reporting or analyst role (financial institution experience preferred). Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel; exposure to Power BI Tableau or equivalent tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn the banking domain.
Business Intelligence Administrator - CDP
Positive Overview
The Business Intelligence Administrator - CDP is responsible for managing the banks Customer Data Platform (CDP) system ensuring it supports the banks sales marketing and reporting goals. This includes configuration maintenance troubleshooting and optimization of the systems to improve customer interactions and operational efficiency. The Business Intelligence Administrator will also have some responsibility over developing reports visualizations and insights to support business decisions across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- CDP System Administration
Manage day-to-day operations of the platform ensuring stability and performance.
Ensure the accuracy security and integrity of customer data within the platform.
Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to integrate the platform with other bank systems (e.g. core banking marketing tools and analytics platforms).
Design and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports from CDP for business units such as Lending Retail Banking Finance and Compliance.
Ensure the platforms comply with banking regulations and data privacy laws.
