TS / SCI Information Systems Manager

Marathon TS is currently hiring for a TS / SCI cleared Information Systems Manager joining our team to support our intelligence customer in Springfield, VA.

HOW AN INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• May manage the development of policies and procedures and ensures their conformance with the departments goals and company / customer objectives.
• Manages the development and administration of schedule and performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
• Manages and prioritizes information systems needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility
• Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends and then plans and advises for implementation.
• May oversee ordering process to meet objectives effectively and economically.
• Manages vendor relationships and billing reconciliations.
• Provides guidance and solutions to ensure the information systems needs align with the strategic departmental initiatives.

Education and Experience

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 5+ years of related experience

Scope of Role

Manages a medium to large team or department of multiple disciplines. Medium to High Complexity Direct reports are typically exempt and often include other people managers

Recommended Skills and Abilities

Effective people management skills - Extensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures - Understanding of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations.
