Enrollment Specialist

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist who will be responsible for telephonic outreach and enrollment of eligible members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound / inbound calls to members with complex medical conditions, including CKD and ESRD

Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated calls effectively

Verify insurance coverage, assess member eligibility, and schedule initial outreach appointments with nurses

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED

1+ years of experience in a healthcare, call center, or customer service setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of medical terminology
