About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead the operational excellence of its expanding portfolio of upscale hospitality concepts. The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations, particularly within the upscale or fine dining sector. The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day operational functions, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and elevated service delivery across all venues. This role demands a leader who can guide and develop operational teams, oversee maintenance and facilities management, and champion a guest-first culture. The COO will also play a pivotal role in the strategic management of new restaurant development, from construction to launch operations, and will be instrumental in the company's goal to establish itself as a leader in the luxury restaurant industry.

Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, a track record of successful venue openings, and experience in scaling operations.
