The Medical Director Physician primarily works remotely, leading market clinical teams to deliver high-quality primary care to Medicare patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have BC credentials in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine and possess a passion for patient care, mentorship, and team development.

• Remote Opportunity : Primarily this position is remote from the providers home. Once a week may be expected to conduct team meetings from an office space and possibly see patients in the patients home once in a while.
• The Medical Director will not have a patient panel, but is expected to support coverage and ad hoc visits as needed. Schedules will vary.
• No call
• BC / Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient practice preferred
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics, other professional degrees (e.g., M.B.A., J.D., M.P.H.), and prior executive roles welcomed but NOT required
• Experience in clinical leadership roles, leading and coaching providers to be the best they can be for their patients and their colleagues
• Experience using a metrics-driven approach to the provision of medical care and / or quality
