Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter and validate vendor and invoice information. This role focuses on high-volume data entry and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Responsibilities :

Enter and code invoices for assigned branches quickly and accurately.

Meet daily data entry volume goals while maintaining quality standards.

Flag and escalate discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.

Maintain organized records and follow established processes for invoice handling.

Provide basic support to internal teams and vendors regarding invoice status.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

0 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience.

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.

10 Key Data Entry Experience REQUIRED

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
