Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process high-volume accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
  • Generate and analyze client billing reports.
  • Manage multiple accounting tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate billing and compliance.

Requirements :

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and billing.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
  • Experience in high-volume accounting operations.
  • Familiarity with professional services or hourly billing environments.

    • Qualifications :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Prior experience in the legal industry or similar professional services is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
