Philanthropic Partnerships Director - $68-$79 / hr - Arlington

Our client, a mission-based nonprofit organization in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a long-term temporary Philanthropic Partnerships Director to support their team for 6 months!

About the Job :

Manage relationships with existing foundation funders and cultivate new prospects aligned with the organization's priorities.

Develop compelling grant proposals, budget, and impact reports.

Utilize the CRM and data-driven insights to develop strategies and review metrics.

Ensure alignment of messaging through collaboration with the marketing teams.

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and represent the organization externally.

Support the organization's mission and departmental goals through additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

About You :

15+ years of progressively challenging development and fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting are required.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

3+ years of managerial experience is required.

Familiarities with planned giving and Medicare are a plus.

Self-starter with a knack for creatively solving problems who thrives under deadlines.

Strong analytical skills with excellent storytelling capabilities.

About the Position :

$68-$79 / hr, depending on experience.

Starting ASAP and lasting 6 months.

Strong potential for this position to become permanent.

Hybrid with 2-3 days / week on site in Arlington, VA.

Metro accessible.
