Position : Triage Nurse LPN

Schedule : MondayFriday 8 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Triage Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient communication and office operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform telephone triage for the office assessing patient needs and providing appropriate guidance.
• Complete paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Float and assist with various duties throughout the office as needed.
• Conduct nurse visits and provide patient care in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Perform lab work including specimen collection and processing.
