Job Description :

• The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients, whether part of their routine care or important health decisions.
• This role involves drawing quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while following established procedures.
• The PSR I creates an atmosphere of trust by explaining procedures and performing collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, this role includes performing daily activities accurately and on time, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and performing both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing.
• The PSR I maintains required records, supports organizational goals, and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public.
