Key Responsibilities

Residential Marketing

• Develop and oversee integrated marketing plans by loop, aligning advertising, SEO / SEM, social, and reputation efforts with occupancy goals and market trends.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships (RentCafe Reach, SoCi, signage vendors, photographers, etc.).
• Lead monthly marketing reviews with regionals and operations, using data to guide proactive campaign adjustments.
• Maintain and evolve the "Focus List" process - identifying underperforming assets, diagnosing issues, and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
• Partner with Systems & Training (Abbie's team) to ensure property marketing tools (CRM IQ, Chat IQ, SoCi, etc.) are optimized and consistently adopted.
• Coach and develop marketing coordinators on content creation, ad performance tracking, and property storytelling.
