Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Transcribe legal dictation accurately and efficiently. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports. Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic. Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates. Handle client communications and follow-ups professionally. Enter and track billable hours using Juris billing and timekeeping software. Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
