About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our employees, payroll and ensuring HR operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for high-volume, unionized positions, knowledge of OSHA compliance, and a strong background in benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Oversee workplace safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Conduct safety training, audits, and incident investigations.

Maintain accurate safety records and report compliance metrics.

Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Coordinate and manage employee events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.

Support internal communications and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

4+ years of HR experience

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
