About the Role
The Company is in search of an HR Business Partner at the Vice President or Assistant Vice President level to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Investor Relations client group, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business needs. This role is pivotal in managing performance, promotion, and talent management processes, as well as handling employee relations, including proactive coaching and case triage. The HR Business Partner will also be involved in supporting firmwide and local initiatives, conducting feedback sessions, and guiding mid-year and year-end processes. Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, with 6-8 years of experience as a business partner in HR, preferably within the financial services sector and, ideally, in a buy-side environment. The role requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, technology, analytical, and project management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal excellence. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a proven track record of working on HR initiatives and projects that involve cross-departmental collaboration.
