Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of at least 15 years in the public sector tech solutions and staffing industry, with a minimum of 10 years in operations and P&L management. Technical and professional sales, staffing, recruiting, or related experience in the public sector space is essential. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, organized, dedicated, and driven, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and the ability to generate new business. Experience in negotiating with government clients, formulating revenue strategies, and a background in leading a diverse team are also key requirements.
