⚡ How You’ll Make an Impact

• Represent Hitachi Energy with state and local governments to drive energy and manufacturing policy.
• Lead engagement in key states, including site visits and local advocacy efforts.
• Collaborate with community managers on regional events and initiatives.
• Develop messaging materials and secure thought leadership opportunities.
• Advance grid, AI / data center, and manufacturing policy with state officials.
• Build strategic relationships with governors, legislators, and trade associations.
• Monitor and analyze state regulatory developments.
• Support cross-functional teams with policy insights and recommendations.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

For this role, depending on grade and experience, we offer the following employee benefits (subject to the respective plan rules) :

Salary Range for DC / VA $125-170k (+ Annual Bonus / AIP) pending experience and qualifications.
