Job : VCCS - HR PeopleSoft PM - PART-TIME (724551)

Location : 300 Arboretum Pkwy Suite 390 Richmond, VA 23236

VCCS is in need of project management services on a part-time / 20 hours per week (max)

Majority remote (specific schedule is below) and occasional ON SITE mtgs required.

Local RVA candidates preferred

Duration : 6mo+

Does your candidate have recent experience leading project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system? This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included to be considered.

Pls note bf submitting :

Part-time 20 hours per week max for duration of the engagement.

Hours needed : Monday through Thursday from 9am to 2pm (

• candidate must be avail during this time each week, but this can be remote)

Candidate MUST also be available for occasional ON-SITE team meetings (with advanced notice).

The Project Management Team (PMT) primarily convenes in the mornings, and we are seeking a preferred candidate available from 9 am to 2 pm, Monday through Thursday (on remote basis).

On-site meetings may be necessary, with advance notice provided as required.

Day to day responsibilities :

As a part-time Project Manager for our PeopleSoft 9.2 HR strategic initiatives project and other HR-related endeavors, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables.

Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of HR initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Ideal candidate will have experience leading project involving the HR PeopleSoft enterprise system. This experience MUST be clearly reflected on resume with technical details included.

State Cardinal system experience is a plus.

Experience using agile project management methodology - required and must be clearly reflected on the resume

Must have an active PMP certified. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pls upload PMP cert to confirm.
