What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

  • Drive media relations by pitching, securing, and managing coverage in tier?1 and trade outlets
  • Research and create custom media lists and pitches for strategic public relations projects
  • Develop and publish thought?leadership content, including bylines and executive commentary
  • Monitor for issues and crises to safeguard the employers reputation while managing metrics and reporting
  • Collaborate cross?functionally with marketing, product, and global teams to ensure message consistency

    • What is Required (Qualifications) :

  • 5+ years of professional public relations or corporate communications experience, focused on B2B enterprise (agency or in?house)
  • Proven success in securing media coverage and building relationships with journalists
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with executives and cross?functional teams in a fast?paced environment

    • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :

  • Familiarity with PR tools such as Muck Rack and Signal AI
  • Enthusiasm for utilizing AI and keeping up with the latest industry trends
