About the job Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our products and services. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products and services
- Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions
- Continuously improve and update technical support processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to our clients
- Travel to client sites when necessary to provide on-site technical support
Qualifications :
