Position Summary

The wellness program manager is an excellent opportunity to partner with multiple Aetna business units, the plan sponsor and vendors to design wellness program initiatives that promote preventive health, improve employee engagement in healthy lifestyle and behavior changes to address prevalent health risk factors. This position is client-based working alongside plan sponsor’s Benefit and Employee Wellness department with primary work location based in Miami and with periodic travel throughout the plan sponsor’s worksites.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
