Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a training team to deliver impactful virtual facilitation for agents on Medicare material
Oversee the development and quality assurance of instructional content and training materials
Establish KPIs for training success and assess the effectiveness of educational techniques
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of experience in managing a large remote telesales team
Active Health Insurance License and up-to-date Continuing Education Coursework
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite
College degree and Corporate Trainer Certification preferred
