Job Description

• Lead and manage property-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and partners to support successful project outcomes.
