Compensation : Base salary up to $140,00-$160,000 with production bonuses | Up to $50K in sign-on / retention / relocation bonuses | Negotiable based on experience

We’re a 2-doctor, full-service practice serving primarily companion animals with a collaborative team culture that values laughter, balance, and top-tier medicine. The Medical Director Opportunity

As our Medical Director, you will :

• Serve as the clinical leader of the hospital, driving medical quality and patient care standards.
• Provide mentorship and oversight for associate veterinarians.
• Partner with the Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, including budgeting, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive, and positive team environment.
• Help identify and implement new service offerings aligned with your areas of interest.
