Your Responsibilities as a Mitigation Technician

How to be Successful as a Mitigation Technician

Your success as a Restoration Tech is entirely within your control.

We won’t sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You’ll often work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in a home that are contaminated due to fire or flood or other damage. You can’t be afraid to get dirty.

You’ll be a great fit to grow in this role if :

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour with on-call bonuses, performance incentives, and overtime available.
