Position Overview

We're seeking a driven, experienced sales leader to manage, mentor, and grow our team of In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a player-coach roleyou'll lead by example in the field, close deals, and actively support your team in reaching and exceeding sales goals. If you have a proven track record in in-home sales, ideally within the home remodeling industry (especially bath or kitchen remodeling), and you're ready to step into a leadership role with high earning potential and strong company supportthis opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by running leads with reps as part of ongoing training and performance development
• Attend appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team; assist in closing deals when needed
• Conduct follow-up visits and "cancel / save" appointments to recover stalled opportunities
• Partner with the Rehash Manager to re-engage with past prospects
• Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded
• Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions to drive continuous improvement
• Set clear expectations for team performance aligned with company goals
• Foster a high-energy, accountable, and supportive sales culture
