Behavioral Health Program Manager II

The Manager provides strong leadership in collaboration with or in the absence of the UHBH Director. Responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, the Manager leads a diverse team of master's, bachelor's, and non-clinical staff, all while promoting evidence-based practices. They make sure clinical services are documented accurately and on time, track performance improvements, and manage the financial aspects of the treatment team. The Manager also plays a key role in boosting department, program, and service line outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Services & Program Management : Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, with the possibility of 24 / 7 service duties.
• Compliance : Ensure all operations follow corporate, funder, departmental, and program guidelines.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Lead your team and coordinate with external agencies to deliver top-notch services.
• Client-Centered Assessment : Ensure assessments are in line with clients' needs, preferences, and goals.
• Planning & Strategy : Guide the team in using participatory planning methods and help implement plans that achieve the best results.
• Team Growth : Identify opportunities to improve services and provide professional development for your team members.
• Behavioral Health Services : Ensure individuals with complex behavioral health needs get the support they need to thrive in the community.
• Performance Improvement : Regularly assess and enhance care and service delivery, ensuring alignment with UHBH's strategic plan.
• Continual Learning : Keep up with the latest knowledge and trends through ongoing education and professional involvement.
• Team Leadership & Client Care : Lead by example, ensuring services meet clients' physical, emotional, educational, and safety needs.
• Certifications & Compliance : Make sure all team members maintain their required certifications, licenses, and the necessary documentation.
• Quality & Safety : Promote a culture of quality, safety, and cultural awareness within the department.
• Professionalism : Maintain a helpful and professional attitude toward patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay current on relevant regulations and comply with the Corporate Compliance Plan, including required training and activities.
