Bishop & Company is seeking a temporary Customer Relations Call Representative for an established organization in the Honolulu area.
Phone Service Support Assistant (2571)
Primary duties : Assist with inquiries, resolve issues and identify trends.
- Support upcoming transition to a new payment / billing platform.
- Support the increase of incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Support with navigation and instructions on how to login and reenter payment information for automatic payments or guidance how to make payments.
Job Requirements :
Excellent listening, analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations effectively.Strong relationship building, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Prior experience is highly preferred :Working in a call centerWorking in a medical / clinical settingAvailable to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed.Additional Information :
