About the role : The Office Administrative Assistant (internally called Operations Coordinator) works closely with the Operations Manager to oversee the effective running of the office operations. The role is responsible for providing proactive and professional general office administrative support to the Operations Team. In this role you will :
What you bring : 3+ years of experience within Administration is required. Excellent organization skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Knowledge of SharePoint and Social Media tool will be considered an asset.
