About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Lead Backend Engineer to join our Debugger Team . In this role, you will work at the intersection of blockchain and scalable cloud systems , leading the development of cutting-edge debugging tools and real-time transaction processing solutions. While this is a leadership position in technical direction and decision-making , it is not a people management role —your primary focus will be on designing and delivering exceptional engineering solutions.

• Build and maintain backend services for both internal teams and customer-facing applications .

About You

We’re looking for a highly skilled and innovative engineer with a passion for backend development and blockchain technology .

You Have :

Proven Experience – Track record of delivering scalable solutions for internal and customer-facing systems.

Leadership & Ownership – Confidence in leading technical decisions and taking projects from concept to execution.

Strong Computer Science Fundamentals – Deep understanding of core principles , with compilers and low-level execution knowledge as a plus.

Collaborative Mindset – Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams .
